Bad customer service and they care for sales

I have a complaint with Telkom located on the below address:

Telkom, 25 Adderley Street, Shop 5 Ground, The Adderley, Cape Town, South Africa.

January 2024 I opened a router contract with them,within 24hours the router did. I returned everything within 4days and they promised that nothing will be deducted and the contract will be cancelled.

March2024 they deducted for to months i reversed and contacted Telkom call center and was informed that the nothing shows that the router was returned or contract was cancelled and they cant help.
