Bad customer service and rude staff

I went to Telkom at Maponya mall to take my device and sim card swop. I got there at 9h10 the store was not open. There was few customers outside. Inside the store there was one guy. At about 9h20 one lady came she looked at us badly. She got inside around 9h 30 the guy who was there originally opened the doors. We got inside sat down after few minutes tat lady called the first customer she did not even greet us. Shop was very dirty inside. As we were still sitting there another guy came to us without greeting again he came to me and asked me what can he help me with. I told him that I want to do sim swop and update my software device. He then said he does not know what I want then he went to the guy who was in the store originally .That guy told asked me again what do I want I explained to him again. He then said to me I should live my contact numbers he will give my number to the people working with cell phone contracts. I then asked him his name Berry Humane. I then told him that I don't want those people and I wont come back for them I just need service then. He then said to me we cant help you here take your pone to Kempton Park at Johann Birkart Street Spartan
