Bad customer service and **** customer care service

Good day telkom customer care service is **** i called them last week Thursday about my airtime issue they told me it will take 48 hours until today nothing has happened i have been calling the customer service no luck you will hold for 25 minutes then they hang up the phone Case no: 277595
