Bad customer service and bad attitude from SEDNEY

I am so ****ed off, this is now the second time I received a very bad attitude from SEDNEY in Telkom Kolonnade Mall.

This guy have so much attitude and disrespected me big time. I will never buy from telkom, at the end of my contract, I am definitely leaving.

1.I went there buying phone on contract and asked him to put my limit on zero so that I do not go beyond my limit and end up paying more. He agreed with me and assured me that all is well. Come month end my bill was more with R500 when I go to the shop to enquiry about it, I was then advised that my limit was not on zero which came as I shocked because I did asked SEDNEY to do that for. When he was called to attend to the matter he argued with me with so much arrogance, attitude and I felt disrespected so much.

2. I went to their branch again to update my banking details since I open a new account. I was called by SEDNEY again, when I get to his cubicle he said ' are you the one who complained about me the last time regarding your contract', I said yes, he immediately moved and said to me ' I AM NOT GOING TO ASSIST YOU, SOMEONE WILL'. I was left there unattended while waiting for someone to assist.

What a horrible service, so many years been with telkom paying so much money and this is what I get in return.

I want telkom to address SEDNEY and refund me my R500.
