Bad customer service

Hello I'm Luthando Nhonho, I have a contract with Telkom which was taken on the 25.06.2022. I was suppose to get data as part of the deal but I've received nothing from them since then. I tried calling them on the 15.07.2022 and I was told an agent will contact me the same day but nothing since, I've been waiting for them to contact me or give me my data as per the contract. I went to other Telkom stores to try and get the issue solved but I was told a case was logged for me at the Promenade mall branch and I'm still waiting even it's over two months now .
