Bad customer service

Never had I experienced such bad CS. It started in Apr whr they decided to debit my account early ever since several complaints. My account has just gone down hill. I spoke to a Nakita Clark. Who dealt with my first complaint in the month of May 2025 . No feedback. Looks like my debit order was canceled and now my line is cut.After numerous calls and follow ups stil nothing. Pls fix this bs. I need a laptop but you guys are the last people I will even consider taking out another contract with. Please cancel my contract. Useleaa
