Bad customer service

I am waiting for my pocket router to be delivered by DSV. They called me on Friday to tell me that the delivery will be done but to my surprise when a called DSV to tell them that I am working from home they told me that the delivery was cancelled without notifying me. Its now been two freaking weeks and the money was deducted from my bank account a week before last week. You better call me or refund me then I can look for a better service somewhere else.
