Bad Customer Service

I took a laptop contract at Telkom that included a Microsoft office pack but i did not received the pack, I went back to them,the Manager could not solve the matter as i was told it does not include the package anymore, in their catalogue it stated it comes with the Microsoft office pack, they are deceiving customers. I reported the matter at their head office but nothing was done, they do not have good customer service, they don't know how to treat their customers in good manner. The manager of the store at Telkom Seapoint Cape town is rude just like his employee who assisted me. I will never recommend their Store to anyone. Their customer service sucks even their head office👎👎👎
