Bad customer service

I app**** for a new contract on the 20th July it was approved every time I call they tell me they waiting for stock they don't provide any feedback last I called they advised stock will be delivered end if the week tomorrow is the end of the week I never received I call or email from courier this is bad service how can a customer wait 4 weeks to get a phone and watch and no feedback provided from the company if they don't have stock at least provide the client with alternative and provide updates this is this the worst customer experience I ever had
