Bad customer service

The level of service I've received is poor from Telkom Device Insurance. Only now when I want to claim they tell me that my policy has been cancelled without me being aware. They are telling me that there has been change of admiration but I wasn't aware of anything.

For 3 weeks waiting without response, even the consultant just hanged up the phone.
