Bad customer service

I paid my contract on 31 March via a link I got from telkoms whatsapp self service . Tills today my lines are suspended and the call center is a **** show . When you ask to speak to a manager they drop the calls this has happened with every agent I've spoken to . Even after advising them that I am recording the call on my side they just don't care . Thulisile Myeza and Aviwe Nomvula are the latest culprits .
