Bad customer service

Dealing with Telkom the past few days has been a nightmare, so I wanted to give my mother permission to continue using my SIM card as I have moved abroad, telkom insists that I go to their store personally to get that done ! So I must book a flight worth thousands for something so easy! I have asked them countless times to give me an email address I can communicate with them with and they just said they don’t have an email address, like HOW ??? now I am desperate to cancel this contract and just pay them what I owe , they won’t respond to my emails ! TELKOM is a ****! That time I have been so loyal to them ! Bad bad customer service!!!!
