Bad customer service

Telkom and their sales / customer care is bad news. I have app**** for a contract 17 February they call me on 18 I missed the call. I call them back and I was told that they will call me back .friday they did and take all my details I was told that I will get a call if it was approved or declined. I waited for days untill I call them my self and I was told it was approved. But none of them call me to let me know. When I ask when are they going to deliver as they approve they told me they need to debit my account first. That didn't happen too. Their social media too is just waste of time they will take your details and told you you will get a call nothing will happen it will end there.so dissapointed and angry .I should have take other offers than wait for this trash
