BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Telkom's customer service need a bit of attention. When I terminated my contract, after I have been on a month to month contract, they took too log to terminate it, and the debit orders continued. After several interactions and requests to discontinue the debit orders , I stopped them myself. Telkom handed me over for the debt I was not owing, till today They are still harassing me through lawyers to pay them, even after five years. Be cautious when dealing with Telkom, their internal systems are not favorable to the client.
