Bad customer service

I have a contract phone with Telkom and I sent it to finrite for repairs, I never got any update and I've been trying to get hold of them, they are so unprofessional. I escalated the matter to Telkom and they promised to resolve it, it's been 4 weeks now, its still unresolved. They have not contacted me either.
