Bad customer service

I send my phone in for repairs on the 12 November 2025 due to a faulty charging block today is the 23rd December 2025 I still have not received my phone back. Every time I go to telkom express migarda westgate mall the staff just make excuses as to why so a simple repair is taking more than a month. Telkom should give their customers a loan phone if they want to take so long with repairs instead the staff just tell you to buy a cheap phone while you wait for your phone to come back.
