Bad customer service

I recently went into telkom to go and get a new selfone contract with the hope of good service as I don't ever want to support vodacom again, yet I am being ******** by the people at telkom clearwater mall. First of all I saw that there was a deal for the iPhone 6 's plus which I wanted and it's sorted now however when I kept on asking for insurance the lady wasn't keen to give me insurance and says it's too expensive ,and that I should call my own I surface anD ask them to add it when I specifically didn't want to do that!!! So yesterday I went to telkom clearwater mall and was assisted by some lady who stand by the door assisting customers I asked her to check for insurance and she said she can't but went to the stock room at the back and brought some random I surface company NR and says we use these people call them, after calling them and I ended up looking like an asshole being given the wrong NR I went back again extremely ****ed off by the false information given not one person apologized or can do confirm if I do have insurance from telkom I asked for confirmation and no one gave me anything ,and said I will be contacted by insurance yet no one called!!Bad service!!!!
