BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have a telkom account which i paid in full to Bham & Dahya Attorneys and now i am struggling to get my paid up letter from the and this morning i spoke to a male supervisor who promised to sent me the letter after a month and he also promised to send me an email confirming that the account is paid up and until now i haven`t received the email from him and this is so unprofessional of them and they dont keep their promises.
