Bad customer service

Very poor or bad customer service still not connected since the 15 of February I have been suspended from my mobile and LTE home connection I have been calling every single day and I have been told that they are escalating my query I have paid the 200 they have asked me to pay and I am still not connected I am frustrated and regret taking Telkom deal or is a **** to say the least Telkom ****med me
