Bad customer service

Good Day

Telkom has been ridiculous thus far as I am on the call Centre line waiting for a consultant to assist me with a whole 30 mins on the line. This is pathetic service as I am a customer no help from them at all. No customer should wait on the line for so long. Not happy with there service at all. They are so quick to call customer or email them about there bills but not quick to assist when customers are calling. Service sucks!!
