Bad customer service

I sold my house in Brackenhurst Alberton. Since the house was registered in the new ownera name ive been getting accounts from Telkom. I went to Telkom alberton city where i have been instructes to oay 700 odd rands before they can close the account. Ive paid that amount the same day, and received another account a month after that for 250. I went to telkom again, and the lady said that if i pay the last 250 the account would automatically be closed. Today i received another account for 954. Why is telkom *****ing from people? This must be resolved by tomorrow or else there is going to be big trouble. I will NEVER EVER reccomend anybody to go through telkom. CAN ANYBODY FROM TELKOM CONTACT ME ON ***. (This would probably also go for a bowl of ****)
