Bad customer service

I have a contract with telkom and every month I pay and my account gets blocked and the consultant say these nothing they can do as the funds takes 10 working day to be allocated to an account.This an inconvenience as I have to wait for 10 days for the account to be unblocked and yet the debit order went off my account.@
