bad customer service
This morning I went to Telkom branch at Maponya mall to open an account for the LTE Wifi router, the guy how assisted me had no time for me and was rude then he refered me to another guy who works on accounts. When I got to him it seems like he had no time to assist me as he made a 5 minutes personal call. I had to leave the store as I got no assistance whatsoever. Telkom should train it's employees.
