Bad Customer Service

Good day, My name is Hlupheka Anna (Baloyi) Makalla, ID ***, I need to lodge a complaint about a consultant who does not adher to the customer service rules.... I went to telkom store in Lenasia( Trade Route Mall) on 8/5/2020 around 11:55 am, First issue is that i am highly pregnant and needed assistance with my contract for a router that was ******..... The guy called Andile was very rude, secondly I was told to wait outside, thirdly My husband was descriminated for no reason and told to get out of the store due to the crowed but other couples were allowed in with no issue at all... Andile then put me on a chair and told me to make the call myself, while he continued to assist other customers who came after me, the other ladies who are also assistance were just laughing at my situation, I am really not satisfied about the treatment I received at that store and hope something will be done about this....
