bad customer service

so i had down a laptop deal with Telkom Mobile in canal walk with Elvis on the 25th June and i am still not in the Possesion of it i am having to go to the store all the time to find out whats happening as i was told 5 days ,but yet the atmosphere is layed back as no one is calling me they are keep on telling that i should come back ,now about a minute ago i spoke to justice who doesnt know how to deal with customers keeps telling me to come back and they should be calling me as far as i am concerned speak whiles i am speaking and raising his voice at me and just because i work in the mall does not mean i am am not to be treated as any other customer walking in to that store,so i called back and no one answers the call i have been redirected to the offices outside.i also kept asking for the manager and the manager doesn't call me or even come out from the back they keep saying his busy even when i called so tell me whats a store manager there for co'z his not running his store at all ,store manager dean Abrahams Telkom Canal Walk
