Bad customer service

Telkom Mall of the South gave me a very bad service today, went to the store for a Sim Swap and I was told they offline I should come back after an hour.Went back after with my *** and the lady requested a proof of address and I asked if I can email it to her and she refused and said she wants a hard copy😡I fail to understand what was the fuss as I believe they have an email which could receive the POA and made me ask my self why are we going Digital in Tech when people still make a fuss on actual A4 papers.. I wasted a whole hour at the mall only to be turned back for an A4 paper which could be received and attached on the system 😡Telkom Mall of the South you can do better man, we are on the AI Generation of Technology
