Bad customer service

Ive given notice twice to have my contract cancelled yet Telkom don't cancel as per my request and still debit me for a number that is not even in use. Call the call centre and I speak to Gugulethu who seems like she is more annoyed to assist me then puts me through to a department that doesn't take my call.
