Bad Customer Service

First time I ordered a wifi router CourierIt could not deliver the reason was 'address problem' Today I was supposed to get a cellphone delivery (Waybill no. THD***1) it could not be delivered the reason is 'address problem' My question is why don't you give the courierit guys the address as it is filled on the forms to avoid delays and frustrations because I'm not the only one with the same problem. So please guys to make our lives easier give them full address as we filled the forms online, people are blaming courierit forgetting that you have our details, you give them correct and accurate details we get our orders on time and every one will be happy.
