Bad customer service

I pay R 249 for my cellphone contract and i do my best to keep it up to date with payment .Last month they didn't collect their money from my account ,i call to ask why ,then they requested my bank statement ,that's when they debited my account now they sent me a statement saying i am owing R 498 ,for what cause i only pay them on the 20th of every month.
