Bad Customer Service

I wrote to Telkom to find out why I am not getting emails from a friend of mine who has a google email account. They then changed my billing email address to my frined google email account. I have phone them since and had this rectified but I am still not getting emails from this person. I get no feedback from them, they simply ignore my problems
