Bad Customer Service

I took out a contract phone with Telkom and a few months later I lost my job. I had notified them that should I get something I’ll notify them and if they need proof of documentation I’ll forward the retrenchment letter, UI19 and a certified copy of my ID.

A few months later I received an sms saying my account was handed over to Alpha from FNB and the initial outstanding amount was 9000.00 but the sms said I owed 10375.13 and each month it went up. I went to a branch at mall @ Carnival but they still couldn’t help because it was beyond their control.

Last month May 2019 I phoned Telkom to make arrangements because I got a job( contract) for 6 months and wanted to start paying. They gave me account numbers and just now I received a call saying my account was handed over to them (different company) and I owe Telkom 11000.00.
