Bad customer service

Good day

My husband went to Telkom at N1 City Mall, Goodwood today.

The technician, Keenan, couldn't help us, because they don't have a Vuma line in store.

My complain is:

Why did Keenan take our Wifi password, if he can't help us

Why did he first refer us to Vumatel, and when I called to say Vuma can't help us he gave us another cell phone number, where the guy says he only deals with ADSL?

Why did Keenan not act professional? I've called to my husband's fone to speak to him, he was arrogant and kept laughing at my questions.

Nobody could assist us.

All we want to know is why can't more than 2 cellphones be online at the same time?

I'm paying my account religiously. I thought Telkom would help me when I need it.

So disappointed.
