Bad customer service

Bad customer service I received from telkom is shocking. I will never advise or encourage someone to have cell phone contact with them. Myall network minutes were not loaded this month and when I call they say I should visit the branch at the branch they say I should call. On their side it shows they were loaded but I finished them. I only phoned telkom numbers. Which I know I have minutes for telkom to telkom. Now I am even thinking of canceling my contract because no one is willing to help me
