BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

I recently got a contract with telkom, it took me a WEEK to get my number ported! once that was done I have been unable to connect to the internet for a whole WEEK! I have been calling everyday only to hold for more than 30mins! I regret ever joining telkom!
