Bad customer service
I have a problem with Telkom mobile's monice feature, it is a very misleading promotion. I have been with them for 7 years now but I do not qualify for specials like WhatsApp data. They give expensive specials from R300 for a 14 day data and when I call their customer service they say there is nothing they can do. I am fed up, looking for new network.
