Bad customer service
Good day my name os nthabiseng ramaoka..
Had a contract with telkom for a mobile fone....contract came to an end last year asround sept october...sent through the cancellation forms more than 5 times in december but still never got cancellation confirmation...what is now a problem is that i am billed month to month for data and do not want it..they do not want to cancel my contract...they trying to just make money out of us for no reason.....been phoning them almost everyday of the week,they keep telling me that the forms are going to be processed..till this day my concern is not resolved..mi fo not owe them a cent.
