Bad customer service

Telkom disappointed me very much. I have wifi account with them and every month they don't deduct from my account. When I do my payment my self as per contact amount they suspended the account due to short payment. They handed me over for may payment but we are in May now and payment is due at month end. I am waiting for a manager to call me for day 2 now and still nothing. I will not recommend them to any one that wants account and I will not renew my contract when time comes. There customer service is poor.
