Bad customer service

<p>What happened to communication especially from a company as big telkom.We opened a contract with telkom for the July Big Deal.All required documents submitted and contract approved.We were then advised to wait 2 days as for the product will be ordered and this was Monday 03/07/3017.Today is Friday 07/07/2017.I called this morning to find out what is the delay and I advised that it was cancelled with no reason and the consultant is not sure either.This is not on at all we are waiting for something that was null and void.Atleast have a decency to give us an update. </p>
