Bad customer Service

<p>Why don`t telkom want to give me ADSL? Their coverage data is out of date and say i can`t get ADSL because there is no coverage. I had telkom guy that cover my area at my house to check for lines and he confirmed there is coverage. not the telkom shop or the call center want to help. There answer is "sorry sir you don`t have coverage". just to confirm there is coverage in my area my colleague got adsl from telkom and another near by neighbour. I`m deeply disappointed that they dont want to assist me because of their out of date database.</p>
