Bad customer service

<p>So I needed to get an adsl service from telkom . Spoke to the sales department to process the application. However after a couple of days i was told that I have an old account oustanding from 1999 that I needed to pay. I said no problem I will pay it gladly. So I was given an easy pay nunberr that I needed to use in order to pay the money. Only to discover that the easy pay account that i was given from the billing department was not even mine. They have allocated the payment to someone else's account. Now I have to wait even longer cause the payment needs to be allocated to the account that I had with telkom. </p>
