Bad customer service

<p>You over charge me for months you charge me bank charges you give **** customer service your agents put me on hold backchat me gives me incorrect information makes me irate for what something that Telkom fault your agents let me spend a hour and half on the line all I was doing was asking about my bill I get told about my contract being cancelled and a handset charge at the end it's Telkom fault they took nearly 400 out of my account </p>
