Bad customer service

Telkom can I please get my money back. Your consultants are ******** and don't care about customers at all . I've been calling Telkom for the past 3 day requesting a refund. None of the consultant logged my case for refund. Each time I call , it's new to them that I've been calling requesting a refund.
