BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>I have had the most disgusting service from Telkom. </p> <p>I have changed my debit date in September and the person who assisted me said that it was sorted. </p> <p>Last week I receive an sms saying that my service will be interrupted due to a non payment.</p> <p>I called Telkom and they informed me that I was responsible for debit rejection fee of R136 which I dont understand because I was told that it was sorted. I then called to ask about it and i have logged a case and the guy told me that I am responsible to pay my account and that I should make sure if account is payed. According to me it is sorted. </p> <p>Yesterday I called to ask about the query because no one came back to me and I spoke to Thandi, she left me on hold for almost 20 min and thereafter she gave me a new email address. So I had to send the Proof of payment to Aphiwe who works in the escalations department once again and I still have not received feedback.</p> <p>I don't know what they are doing at Telkom but this is disgusting.!!!!!</p> <p>I will never ever take out a contract with them. NEVER!!!</p>
