Bad customer service

Telkom is a ****ty company with arrogant agents. I am on the line with Thandisile Msawuli who is very arrogant and unprofessional. I canceled my data contract but the *********** agent that assisted me canceled my number. I am now on day 9 without my number and missing on business opportunities. Telkom I demand a reimbur*****t on the lose I experience due to your lack of service.
