Bad customer service

Run away from this company. I took out an insurance for Iphone and canceled it in 2 days because I received a better reasonable rate. That was in October 2024. I was already charged a pro rata and a full month premium. I've been taken from pillar to post and it's already 5 months without my refund 17 Mar 2025.
