Bad customer From Telkom

Telkom has no regard for its customers. My phone has been block now for more than 3 weeks for missing a payment for June 2024. They took a debt order for the outstanding amount in full. Great when I call them they told me my payment is not reflecting on their systems. I'm wait for more than a week and my phone is still off. They told me two day it will be on. I called them yesterday and they told me within 5 hours they will unblock the phone. Nearly 24hours and it is still blocked. I'm giving them a ZERO rating for the worst customer service.
