Bad customer experience. Data system is bad and looting data from customer

I have a contract with them. the day data is used during the night but the night one is not used. after the data is finished for the day they send you a notification that you are using out of data. I asked them they said the night data the system doesn't switch automatically. you have to wake up at 12:00 am to switch off the data icon and switch it on again to start using the night data.

I put another simcard on my router. I didn't connect anything but the data was been used by their software. in 2 weeks my 20 gig data was finished. I showed the consultant (thapelo) the video and he locked the call. till today I haven't heard a thing from him. My data has been used even on my phone but I don't use the data. I want to cancel my contracts if they don't tell me the truth.
