Bad customer experience

I bought a Huawei P smart 2021 cash at the Maponya Mall Telkom store, the lady who served me named (Nhlanhla) didn't give me headsets, One of my friends bought the same phone days later cash also, at the Jabulani mall store and did receive the headsets. I went there today 29th March 2021 to query for my headsets and it seems as if they ***** customer headsets because I got a lame excuse from one of the consultants ( Hleziphi Ximba) that telkom stores don't operate the same. So I need my headphones as they even appear on the advert or else I might take legal action
