Bad Customer Experience. Bad Service

I had a very Bad Experience with TELKOM Direct in Stanger KZN. I went there to do a change of Ownership the lady by the name of Seetha Maharaj refused to help me and was very rude and **** and said it is not done at a TELKOM Shop outlet, went and said the second in charge also said they can not assist. Very bad customer service they only want to assist if you taking a contract other wise they are never will to assist.
