BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

I experienced the worst form of Customer Experience today at a Telkom Store in Mooirivier Mall Potchefstroom at the hands of a lady called "Kea." I walked in Store to request a Sim Swap and a price on an iPhone and I was treated in the most disrespectful way. The lady walked out on me and returned calling the next client while I was standing there. I approached the lady to ask her why is she not assisting me but she was not bothered and continued to assist the next client. When I asked to see the Manager I got a shocking response to say they are used to Kea's attitude and that's how she is and nothing was done to reprimand the lady or ask her to apologize.
